"My partner is a very loud snorer and I live near an active railroad. I did have Bose sleepbuds but they were insufficient, both in battery quality and in options. I have found that Kokoon’s solution to be the answer to my prayers. I will admit that I was skeptical about comfort while sleeping. I am a side sleeper. I was blown away. Hello My night-buds cables have disintegrated, by which I mean the outer rubber protection on the cable to the actual earbud have broken away. I use my night-buds every time I sleep. These were a replacement for a unit that had fallen apart.

I am sorry to hear that your replacement Nightbuds are not working/performing as they should.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process a second replacement. Our warranty period only covers the original order. I am sorry about this.

Please can you use electrical tape to hold the cable.

We, unfortunately, do not offer repair services.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

I really enjoyed the original nightbuds before their partnership with Philips. The major limitation of these headphones is that the design which makes them excellent for side sleepers also results in a cord that gets stretched (despite your best effort) and will ultimately fray and break. Despite this, I pre-ordered 2 of the new sleep headphones version of night buds partnered with Philips in June. When I ordered, the quoted shipping date was August. That date came and past with no notification from the company. I contacted Kokoon and was told there were delays and was quoted a delivery date in October. On November 1st, I contacted the company again as there were no updates and again no delivery. I have been working with customer service since then to get a delivery timeline. To the companies credit they did offer a 10% discount and free items. However, I have still yet to get any clarity on my delivery date. Customer service responses have been slow, they have made no effort to expedite shipping, provide additional discounts, or provide any updates on a definitive delivery date, despite a quoted “Delivered 3-5 working days as of 11/20/23” on the website. I understand there are manufacturing delays and issues, my only request is open and honest communication and an ability to fix and compensate individuals for these issues. Personally I feel that Kokoon has failed to meet those standards. I hate leaving negative reviews, however, at some point when I don’t feel that a company is living up to reasonable standards, I feel an obligation to make other individuals aware of the situation.

My ears always sweat with ear plugs causing ear infections. Do your earplugs allow the ears to “breathe”?
